Hey! Shipping large items such as bean bags can be pricey and add a damper to your shopping experience. That's where we step in to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one! Let us take care of the shipping of your products.
Shop Worry Free! Free Shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states only. We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, P.O. Boxes or APOs. All items leave the manufacturer's warehouse via ground shipping within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. Please allow 3 -10 business days for delivery. Continue Shopping.

Returns
Please note that the product is considered a custom or special request order by the manufacturer and is therefore subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be reported or claimed within 15 days of receiving products, in the original product packaging. The items must be returned in the original packaging and they must be undamaged and in unused condition. Bean Bags Company is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item (s).
Return Authorization Number -
All returns require a valid Return Authorization number. Please email customerservice@beanbagsco.com with your order number and a reason for your return and you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RA number. In the unlikely event you have received a damaged product from the manufacturer, please provide images of the damages/defects in your correspondence with customerservice@beanbagsco.com and we will do our best to assist you at no extra cost to you.
Ordering
Payments are charged at the time you place your order. In the event an item is backordered, you will be notified via email. All prices are final upon purchase. You must agree with all of these terms and conditions for us to process your order. We pride ourselves on efficient order processing so that we can keep our customers satisfied. We offer some of the lowest prices for bean bag chairs! All of our payment channels are secure. For your shopping ease, we accept multiple forms of payment: Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.
Viewing Orders
You can view your orders by logging into "My Account" and click on "My Orders" link on the left hand side and a list of your orders will be generated for you to view. If you have further questions, please email us at customerservice@beanbagsco.com.
Updating Account Information
It's easy to update your account information. Log into "My Account" and you will be taken to your dashboard. From there you can edit your personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and password.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from www.beanbagsco.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
